Our public walking tours run for approximately 1 hour and cover roughly 1 kilometre from the starting point to the final stop. Guests can make their own way back to the starting point after the tour if needed.
Busselton is a very flat city, so there are no hills or steep inclines on our routes.

All public tours depart from outside the Busselton Visitor Centre next to the Busselton Jetty.
Your guide will be waiting with a Busselton Walking Tours sign and a big smile.Public tours finish at St Mary’s Church on Peel Terrace.

Comfort is key. We recommend comfortable walking shoes, either open or closed.
A hat is a great idea in the warmer months.
Beyond that, you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. -
Water - Bring a bottle you can refill along the way.

Public tours typically include 10 to 15 people.
For private tours, there is no set group size limit. We have hosted tours with groups of up to 40. For larger groups, the guide will use a voice amplifier so everyone can enjoy the experience. -
Yes, Children are very welcome!
Children aged 15 and under can join the tour for free when accompanied by a responsible adult. -
Yes. Our tours are accessible and can be adapted for wheelchairs, prams and mobility devices. We make several short stops along the way and most stopping points have seating available.
Please notify us at the time of booking if your group includes someone using a wheelchair or mobility aid so we can ensure the route is fully suitable.

Absolutely. Our tours are run at a leisurely pace and Busselton’s terrain is very flat.
All tours can be made wheelchair accessible if required. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. -
We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot. If you arrive at the meeting point without a booking, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

We operate in most weather conditions including light rain.
If the forecast predicts temperatures of 41 degrees Celsius or higher between 12 and 24 hours before the tour, the tour will be cancelled. Guests will be contacted with the option to reschedule or receive a refund. -
Yes. Private tours are available for individuals, families, social groups, schools, tour operators and corporate groups. Tours can be customised to suit your pace, interests and time frame.
Please note that transportation is not provided as part of any Busselton Walking Tours experience.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your tour date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 24 hours and 7 days before your tour, you will receive a 50 percent refund or you may transfer your booking to another available tour date.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour, no refund or date change will be offered. No-shows are charged the full ticket price.
If we need to cancel a tour due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
